I have finally, at last, after many months, received credit card statements from Card Company Which Shall Be Nameless which don't have me spending far too long on the phone to their Customer Services line, while steam comes out of my ears. Last month when I got my credit card statement, it was clear that they had not received my cheque the previous month. I checked with my bank, who confirmed that it had not been debited to my account, and my conclusion was 'Bastard Post Office'. I therefore immediately posted off a cheque, inclusive of late fee, interest, etc.
